ZForce Privacy Policy

ZForce (the "App") is a strength-testing and analysis tool for coaches, sports scientists, and team organizations, provided by Zezan Technology Beijing Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). The App is intended for organizational and professional use. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: the email address you use to sign in, and your organization membership and role. Used for authentication and to associate data with your team.
• Test and analysis data: strength-test recordings and analysis results captured via the ZPlate force plate, and the name/label you enter to identify a tested subject. This is business measurement data, used to produce reports and sync within your organization.
• Subject profile photo (if set): the photo you assign to a subject is synced to your organization's cloud storage, used to identify subjects within your organization.
• Device and Bluetooth: the App connects to the ZPlate force plate over Bluetooth (BLE) to read live measurements. Bluetooth is used only for device connection and data transfer; we do not collect your location.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect data for advertising or cross-app tracking.
• We do not collect precise location, contacts, health data, or other personal information unrelated to core functionality.

3. Permissions

• Bluetooth: connect to the ZPlate and receive measurements.
• Photos / Camera: optional, to set a subject photo; the photo is synced to your organization's cloud.
• Microphone: optional, for audio cues during a test.
• Network: for sign-in and syncing test data to your organization's cloud.

4. Storage and Security

Account and test data are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with our cloud provider (Supabase). Data is shared within your organization; only authorized members can access it. The App's Aliyun server domain is cloud.hootuo.com (ICP filing 京ICP备19038196号-3A).

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers necessary to deliver cloud sync, or when required by law.

6. Retention and Deletion

You can delete subjects and test records in the App; the corresponding cloud data is removed. To close an account or delete all organization data, contact us.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is for organizational and professional users and is not directed to children under 14.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the latest version and date on this page.
