Welcome to ZForce. These Terms are an agreement between you and Zezan Technology Beijing Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") for use of the ZForce app (the "App"). By downloading, registering, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
The App provides strength testing, data recording, and analysis for coaches, sports scientists, and organizations, used together with the ZPlate force plate. Full functionality requires ZPlate hardware.
2. Account and Use
- Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
- The App is for organizational and professional users; test data is shared within your organization.
- Do not use the App for unlawful activity or to infringe others' rights.
3. Data and Privacy
We handle your information under our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of, and authorization for, the subject information and test data you enter.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its software, interface, and trademarks are our intellectual property. You may not copy, decompile, or redistribute them commercially without permission.
5. Disclaimer
Measurement and analysis results are for reference and do not constitute medical diagnosis or a training prescription. We are not liable for data deviations caused by hardware connection, device calibration, or improper use.
6. Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms and post them on this page. If you disagree, stop using the App. We may suspend or terminate service if you breach these Terms.
